I endorse you wholehartedly! let us stand in solidarity against all injustice to our aboriginal brothers and sisters!
As a sister of the Good Samaritan who has worked among the people of Palm Island and North West Queensland I have so much to be grateful for, through the learning I received from the indigenous communities where I ministered! When is the government ever going to realise that they are only re-iterating the past by this intervention programme! It makes me feel so embarrassed and angry! What is being done is a complete violation of justice!

Racism- name it, shame it, get rid of it! If make your arguments well and engage with the topic instead of ridiculing your opponent you will have less risk of people covering their ears to what they aren't used to hearing. Very good luck to you.

Went to meeting in Australia Hall, thanks for organising it. It was extremely sad, lots of us were crying. Now, I only hope that Kevin Rudd gets in and changes things for the betterment of our Aboriginal friends.
I am writing to Kevin Rudd and The Queen about the disgusting tricks that the Commonwealth Gov. have played on our Aboriginal people. I believe they want the land to use to store uranium after use, for The World. The geology in NT is very solid and safe for such purposes. They also want to mine the land that doesn't belong to them.

It makes no logical sense to intervene the way the government has. Sure things need to change but not like this. History is suppose to teach us not be repeated in this way.
Penelope Grace, NSW, 19th October 2007
Go sisters. Go with pride and all our support. Let us know what we can do. This is wrong and we as women know this. Anglo sisters behind you.
